Detroit KISS Fan Expo Announced

The 2008 Detroit KISS Fan Expo has been announced for Sunday, March 16 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (12 p.m to 6 p.m. for VIP ticket holders). The Expo will take place at the Metropolitan Hotel (31500 Wick Road Romulus),located at the Detroit Metro Airport.

For hotel rooms, ask for the special KISS Expo rate. There is also a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel for anyone coming in from out of town.

Special guest and KISS tribute band will be announced soon. On display, for the fiirst time since the 1995 official KISS convention tour, will be the set of four original '77-'78 "Love Gun" costumes. These four costumes, which were purchased from the offical KISS auction in 2000, are complete and on the mannequins.

KISS merchandise and collectables will be on sale throughout the day. There will be a KISS look-a-like contest. Enter and win KISS merchandise.

To purchase an advanced ticket, you can either use PayPal or a credit card over the phone (734-641-7450 between 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.). Children 12 and under get in free.
